Pasta Fagioli in Crockpot

Modified pasta fagioli in the crockpot.
2 quart cans of college inn chicken broth
1 bag baby spinach
1 can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1 can cannelini beans rinsed and drained
1 can diced tomatoes rinsed and drained
Chopped onion, carrot and celery
1 package of pre-cooked chicken sausage cut up into small pieces
Black pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
No need to add more salt. The broth has enough.
Cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hours
Serve over cooked elbows or ditalini. Adding to crockpot makes them mushy and overloads even the biggest crockpot with all these ingredients.
